DO NOT USE THE AIRPORT TAVERN

Airport Parking Bristol

I booked parking for Bristol Airport from the Bristol Airport Tavern Parking website but the booking went wrong on-line.

I rang the two numbers that were listed to get the booking confirmed but could not get hold of anyone and messages I left were not replied to.

I then decided I didn't want to use this service any more and emailed them to ask for a refund. I also put a complaint in at PayPal as that's how I made the payment and requested a refund. At this point I was sent an email telling me my parking would cost £38 (£5 more than I had already paid).

My complaint through PayPal was unsuccesful because it can't give a refund on services and I have to this day received no refund even though I gave plenty of warning that I didn't want to use the service.
